Description of Bug Experienced:
Looking it up, it says temporary stalls are intended to become available after being empty for 30 minutes. The temporary stalls in Skaljard Village do not.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Empty a temporary stall in Skaljard Village. Forget to release the stall.
Expected Result:
After 30 minutes, the stall will release and become available.
Actual Result:
The stall does not release and become available.
Additional Information/Notes
The two times I have experienced it so far have been with disguised characters, though this may be coincidental. The stall was emptied at 11:55 and, as of this bug report at 12:41, is still owned. The stall leading to this bug report has not been refilled or touched by its owner during this time.
