Enchanter Specialist Good Hope not benefiting from Skill Foci

Description of Bug Experienced:
Enchanter Specialist is only gaining benefits from Hard Ranks in Leadership when determining effects of Good Hope.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Be an Enchanter Specialist with SF + ESF (Leadership) + 30 Ranks Leadership and cast Good Hope.

Expected Result:
Gain +5 Saves/Skills

Actual Result:
Gain +4 Saves/Skills

Additional Information/Notes
It's definitely not counting the Skill Focuses at all.

Dropping to 25 Ranks + SF (Leadership) should give 30 Leadership for the purposes of determining effects (+4 Saves/Skills) but instead only gives +3.

I have looked into the spell's script definition, it is mentioned to count only 'base leadership ranks'.
I will ask Kalopsia to weigh in on this, if it is clarified SF/ESF ought to be part of the calculation going forward, or was missed but approved as such originally, I'll correct the script.

Well, I dug into the old announcements when you said that.

It was changed to no longer account for Skill foci over 2 years ago, and the wiki was never updated to account for it.

Can probably consider this one closed (and the wiki page in need of an update.)
