Happened today at 5:00pm-6:00pm US ET between Samnir Greyforge and Gedat Goldenbeard. Also happened between Marrok Fuzzypaw and Gedat Goldenbeard as well. Was able to have a conversation between Zalata Reva and Gedat Goldenbeard just fine.
