Danse Macabre lv9 Dirgesinger feat description missing

Description of Bug Experienced:
The level 9 Dirgesinger feat Danse Macabre is missing its in-game feat description.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Make a level 9 Dirgesinger!

Expected Result:
The feat description is there.

Actual Result:
The feat description isn't there.
