Teleport block can be bypassed.

Description of the bug:

Teleport blocking a location can be bypassed, if you ward a location like the Weatherstone, which contains a two way portal, you can simply portal to it from a different server, and it'll bypass the portal block that's set in the area.

Steps to reproduce:

Teleport block any two way portal location, then teleport to said location from a different server. You bypass teleport block.

Expected result:

Get an error saying the area is blocked.

Actual result:

You bypass the block and portal in.

I'm quite certain this is an engine limitation with how server swapping is handled. AFAIK it's always been like this. My character even wrote on the phenomenon with the conclusion that Ward only blocks something off from the leyline it's on. Jumping from one leyline to another is a different matter, magically speaking.

from my recollection, permeant 2 way source portals like the weather stone and nexus cannot be blocked from incoming travellers.

They can. I've ran into that with the Hub.
