Shadovar hemomancer not getting necro DC

Description of Bug Experienced:
After taking Shadovar award race, Hemomancer necromancy school spells' DC doesn't get increased by 2. It affects only double-school spells (such as Soul Shriek, Massacre), single-school necromancy spells function normally.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Leveled 2 hemomancers to 30: one shadovar, one non-shadovar. Shadovar worships Shar. Same gear, same build

Expected Result:
Shadovar highest spell DC (for massacre in this instance) is 39, non-shadovar is 37

Actual Result:
Both shadovar and non-shadovar highest spell DC is 37

I had asked about this before and the answer we received is that it's the way it's considered for the Necromancy/Evocation "split" spells, specifically-

"They are considered 1 schooltype and the only DC is calculation of variant."

Don't know if that helps narrow it down for a fix.
