So I did a little debugging and it turned out that if you take the Path of Archery while wearing an item that gives you the Point Blank Shot feat (like the Bracers of Archery) then the feat will not be added and will be removed when you remove the bracers.
I duplicated this bug on the test server. If you take the path before using the bracers you're fine. Sadly my character Fenian is bugged and I will need some help from the staff in the regard if it's possible. Thank you!
