Description:
The last person to touch a property sign before the property bidding expires is extremely likely to win the property bid. I've noticed this happen a few times, and have started testing it on my own bids. And it seems to be very consistent.
Steps to reproduce:
Be the last person to touch the property sign before the bid expires. You don't need to be the final person to bid on it, you can bid on it days before. All you have to do is be the final person to interact with the sign.
Expected result:
A random person will be chosen from the pool of people who bid on the property.
Actual result:
The final person to touch the sign has a very high likelihood of winning the bid.
Which Server(s)?:
I've only tested this on Guldorand, I don't know if the other servers are affected.
