Missing EXP from writ rewards bug

Hello, on friday the 23rd around 2200 MST my level 13 character Tosid Runehammer picked up three writs
Brog quarrey
clear a path (crystal caverns)
rust pits
I went to turn in the writs and only got gold, and 250 adventure xp per writ, no normal XP. Before I accepted the writs I made sure that I was in level range for them, and I am 100% confident that such is the case. I'm unsure of what happened, or how to reproduce it, but I'm out 6000 xp. I wish I got a screenshot because I remember that the XP bonuses were conspicuously missing from the text bar. I reached out to admins who suggested I report it to the forums, if I happened to me its happened to others likely.

In that case I did already complete those writs. However, I have encountered the same bug again, but this time managed to get a screenshot. This time, I didn't even get any adventure XP.
Just like last time, this writ was in my level, and I turned it in to the same place as the first one, the brewery within Brog. Perhaps there's something wrong with the registry agent there?
