Description of Bug Experienced:
Although I am uncertain what actually caused the bug, I have a permanent speed buff from unknown origins. I believe it it horse related. I think it is somehow caused by server transition while on a horse, but I am unsure. Moreover, it seems to stack if you use different types of horse.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
I mounted a horse, rode to do some writs, and on the writs, I transferred from Guldorand server to Surface server. Upon returning to Guldorand on foot, I seem to still have the speed buff from the horse, despite being on foot.
Expected Result:
A permanent speed buff from horse riding upon returning to the original server.
Actual Result:
A permanent speed buff from horse riding upon returning to the original server.

While I am not certain if this is how to trigger this bug, it is the only thing I can think of that was consistant.
