Description of Bug Experienced:
The Planar Binding line of Spells is unaffected by the Haste effect that ESF Conjuration gives to a Conj Spec Wizards summons. (Not the Foci Boni, I know those aren't ment to apply but the Conj Spec bonus should)
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Be a Conjuration Spec Wizard
- Cast any Planar Binding Spell
Expected Result:
- Summon has permanent Haste applied to it
Actual Result:
- Summon doesn't have Haste applied to it
