Description of Bug Experienced:
Spiderskin wands list no caster level and have a duration of RL 24 mins. As a third circle hour per level spell it should have a much greater duration.

I was going to file a separate report but then I saw this was here so it seemed more efficient to just bump this thread to remark that the bug is still ongoing.
This wasn't actually a hours/level spell.
Either we'll update the description or we'll change its duration.
