Description of Bug Experienced:
New spell Transmute Blood when cast does not trigger a saving throw against the spell nor does it have an effect.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Be able to cast 6th circle spell Transmute Blood (Fire, Acid, Cold).
Expected Result:
Effects as written on spell description.
Actual Result:
No effect.
