When I login to astrolabe, it claims I've created no characters on Arelith, which is untrue. The CD key it shows is also not my Steam key for Neverwinter Nights.
I wanted to create a ticket to change a portrait.

You should create a new forum/astrolabe account with that particular character / username which you wished it to be changed.
Somehow, my current forum account does not actually sync with the CDKEY that i'm using, which means that all my current characters not shown in astrolabe unless i login with the account, created by that particular username(nwn) / character.
It should reflect accordingly after you've logged into the new account.

If you do not see your characters on your list this is because the account you are using has never actually created a character. You can create a dummy character under it (and delete it afterwards) and it should populate your listing.
