Harbinger Atrocity: Warlock Blow Not Pulling

Description of Bug Experienced: When using The Cursed Razor path's Atrocity: Warlock Blow ability on a target that's failed their Dark Claim save it fails to pull them.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

1. Be a Cursed Razor Harbinger

2. Use Dark Claim on a creature, they fail the save and become feared/frightened

3. Use Atrocity: Warlock Blow on the feared/frightened creature, they fail the reflex save

4. The creature doesn't move.

Expected Result:
The target, on failing the reflex save, gets pulled to the Harbinger.

Actual Result:
The target gets the vfx for the pull but doesn't actually move.

Additional Information/Notes
It correctly pulls them on a failed save so long as I've not feared/frightened them with my Dark Claim prior.

Thanks for report, I will test it, it might be that fear cc is preventing the jump to caster action. Did it failed to move the target if it was not under fear cc?

It always succeeded if the target wasn't feared and they failed the reflex save.
