Description
I am playing an outcast with a very high disguise skill (Perform). My pc was disguised. Having a disguise blocks the outcast tag from other players unless the disguise is broken. I spoke with Guldorand's Dockmaster today to sell items to him, and I was blocked from the shop conversation by him refusing my pc service because they were an outcast.
Steps to reproduce
Be disguised with a high disguise skill as an outcast. Speak with Guldorand's dockmaster.
Expected result
You should be able to speak with the npc and access normal shop and dialogue.
Actual result
He refuses to speak with you and accuses you of being a known criminal. This conversation is visible to other players as far as I know, and I have a concern it can be used to metagame if other players observe this interaction occurring.
