Description of Bug Experienced:
Setting a ship to reveal doesn't seem to work correctly.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have a ship docked at an island. (in this case, Gnitaheithr)
Select 'reveal ship' on the docked ship, and 'reveal ship' on the approaching ship.
Expected Result:
Approaching ship that is set to reveal is announced as other ships are to the docked ship.
Docked ship is also revealed and should be seen by approaching ship.
Actual Result:
In the same quadrant, docked ship is not revealed and only seen by the approaching ship outside of the quadrant.
