Hear+See Through Doors Bug

This will be quite a difficult bug to identify, as i've only gotten it to occur a handful of times.

At 7:20-7:25pm, EST, at Cordor (The Walled City) Salasker Square (Inn)

You'll be able to (i hope) look at the area and see that I'm capable of walking up to a door and seeing what a certain player is saying. I get a very short glimpse of their character in the room, even though the door had not been open to me previously (thus shown as fog of war on my map) and the door had not been opened. Since I got that short glimpse of their character, I was able to hear anything they were saying through the door, with no vision. If they hadn't moved their character, I'm sure I could have found the sweet spot that gave me permanent vision of their character, allowing me to hear anything they were saying with no risk.

The same situation also happens in the Ruzalitum in Dis to the apartment that's the right most room on the map.

I think this is a toolset/area issue as part of the engine though, but still worth looking into if it can be fixed.
