Mercenaries Writ.

I've been attempting to complete this writ all day either the mob that has the key or the transition to get to the area where it is is broken.
FYI. Being vague in details so not so give out spoilers.
Now I searched all around the first big open map area and killed everything twice entered the camp tents they were empty.
Went to the map marked location which is mentioned in the writ brief and there is a door there and what appears to be a transition, but it can't be entered.
So im asking the question is it broken or am i just missing something?

It's been broken for a while now, rendering the writ impossible to complete. The fix apparently requires changes to the tileset.
