I know it was said that not all of the old forums was going to be moved over, but could I suggest the collection of IC posts from the old forums be moved over? I moved my own, but I can't move all the others, and to me the ability to go back and read through the history of the server a bit has always been a fun experience that helps detail the atmosphere for me.
Possible or too much work?

Possible, possibly not too much work, but, according to Mithreas, not going to be done. You can copy over whatever threads you think are worth copying, even if they're not yours.
However, if you're interested in preserving history, you might want to hook up with the Encyclopedia Arelithica group. Maybe the IC story forums could be linked to that somehow.
