Tracking as a gift

Not sure if this has been asked before, but could tracking be added as a gift? It makes since for characters who want to play a bounty hunter concept without wanting to take 3 lvls of Ranger just to be able to track.

I'm sure it could be, mechanically! However, I think this is the wrong place to post if you're making a suggestion! :D

we had a discussion about this in the previous forum incarnation IIRC.
