Enchanted Flexible Leather- Level requirements?

According to both the wiki and Arelith Journal/Trade book, Enchanted Flexible Leather armor has a value of 31000(rounding), meaning it can be worn at level 13.

I bought myself a set and when i tried equipping it, it said level 15 is required. Does anyone know what's going on?(I'm not even level 13 yet, so I have no idea if it will or won't work for a level 13 yet)

Not sure, but it's definitely a level 15 requirement. I made one for an elf warrior once who was level 14 at the time, and he couldn't wear it.

Well that sucks. I suppose I'll go update the wiki for now and try to see if that tailor does returns. For me level 13 and 15 is a huge difference.

Edit: Or... not. That page is confusing.
