IG time and RL time

Quick question, how does time IG relate to time IRL? As in, how long IRL has passed once an hour IG has passed?

1:10 ratio.

6 minutes = 1 game hour
2.4 hours = one game day
About 3 days = one game month (I don't know game days per game month)

28 IG days in an IG month, so in RL that would be 2.8 days, or 2 days, 19 hours, and 12 minutes
