What do people think about a hybrid between a Vampire and a Werewolf? If it's possible would we need a 5% roll to get it or would we just need permission once we've contracted Lycanthropy?

You need a 5% to play a Vampire, and a 5% to play an inherent at-will were-wolf. You'd need a 5% and a good reputation (presumably) to play both at the same time, or you can just get the vampire 5% and contract lycanthropy.

It may be wise to think of badass concepts that do not rely on unique races!

Agreed. The badassest characters are the ones that are badass because of what they do, rather than what they are.

It will probably depend on how well you support your case. That said, I would assume that the chances are slimmer than Kate Moss in a coke frenzy.

You can RP a badass who thinks is a vampire, and contract the lycanthropy in search for more self power...

he will think he is an Hybrid and he can pretend in his RP... Ofc you won't have the mechanical powers a vampire could have, but your own class-levels might may provide what you need to support your thoughs.

Also... you don't have to claim what do you think you are, but you can RP with mistery your exclusive leitmotiv ^^
