My character worships a different god then the altar she prays at. One of the options at the altar is attune. I looked it up in the wiki but it's very vague.
What exactly does attune entail? I don't want to break the altar or anything.

Attunement fills a 'secondary' slot for deity worship where you gain the benefits of the aspects of that particular deity temporarily. You can freely attune as you like without paying any costs. It will not break any altars and only impacts you.
