A question about the re-level Tickets request system

I have entered a request using the system and I was wondering what is a fair amount of time to get a yes or no reply, and as I have never used this before Some one please explain if I get a yes go ahead re take the level How would I go about it ?

Relevel tokens are based on classes that have been announced to be approved for relevel, or had a member of the team approve it for a specific reason. (Missing a prior relevel due to RL events, mistakes on relevel)

If approved, relogging on the affected character should trigger a combat log message that says your -relevel is available to you. If it does not show on a first relog, try a second. Then if that doesn't work, contact us via the DM Channel in game.

I ask because as a brainless player on my last Level up ( 22 to 23 ) I miss clicked the Character class and didnt spot my mistake until Id finished, I used the Ticket system to make a request to re level So I just wait now ? Id like to know if its a NO you cant it was your dumb mistake so I can scarp the PC and start a new one

You should see the ticket status in realtime, I have gone ahead at this time and cleared out all non RPR related tickets. So you should see an update.
