Grouped weapon foci & relevel mechanics

Hi everyone,

1. Does old focus in a singular weapon count as a pre-requisitve for epic weap foc of the matching group, these days?
2. If you have a message qualifying you for a relevel in chatbox IG, and then a little later on you don't have it anymore, and that's when you realize you might really need to relevel - is it lost and gone due to plain time expiration, or you've gained too many levels, or...?

My understanding of relevels is that they have a time limit.

As to the weapon focus question you could just use the -transfer command to send your character to the Arelith PGCC and test it out.
