Blackguard

Could someone please tell me how to new Blackguard summons work? Arelith wiki has nothing. I understand that it mirrors the Fiendish warlock summons somehow, but don't know at what levels, or how Greater Conjuration feat or Epic Fiendish Servant interacts.
