So, I was careful to check the chat logs at the time of the conversation with the NPC to join. I made sure I clicked join the Radiant Heart, not join the Auxiliary. I got my signet ring, and I noticed immediately:

So that was already off. I double-checked my logs then and saw I had definitely picked Radiant Heart, not Aux. I figured it might just be something weird and went on to do the writ, but then:

So, did I get like glitched into the Auxiliary or is it supposed to look like this for a full Radiant Heart member?

You can't just join the Radiant Heart straight away, you have to join an auxiliary branch of the order first. Then if you lived past your 40s, and if you proved yourself too, you can then maybe join the senior wing of the Radiant Heart, but only if there's a seat available for you, because there can be only 25 knights at any given time.

To clarify, you cannot join the Radiant Heart on arelith. Only be a member of the auxiliary.
