Reassign middle mouse camera

Hi fellow adventurers
How does one assign the middle mouse button (free camera key), to another mouse key (side buttons), until I'm able to get a replacement mouse? The Middle mouse button isn't functional.

Ooh, uh, try something third party like your mouse software or something that can macro a key push to a mouse click.
I kinda if doubt you'll find it in the nwn options.

It looks like there's no binding for that in NWN1. Even in NWN1:EE. There was binding for that in nwn2, but that's not going to be helpful in this situation.
I'd recommend to look into software that can emulate (mouse) button presses.

You can use the arrow keys to control the camera, but it is a bit awkward.
