Unable to stack items sometimes

It happens to me sometimes that items that are usually stackable, don't stack automatically or stack but in another pile.
They look exactly the same but don't stack. It happens sometimes with some potions (the black one that provides protection against negative effects), items like the food rations, etc.
The yarrow leaves or the sweetberry wine don't stack in the same pile at first, but you can move them to only one pile.

I happens the same with the scrolls you have in the inventory or you buy from a shop, and the ones you take out off the scrolls case, so the solution I found was to put all of them in the scroll case and take them out, and then all of them stack in one pile. If I buy more, I put them on the scroll case and take them out, and then they will stack in the pile I already have in the inventory.
Looks like for the game, the scroll you find/buy doesn't have the same ID that the one you take out from the scroll case.

Do you know any way to fix this without the help of the developers?
