Characters that took Improved Two-Weapon Fighting manually and without 9 levels of Ranger gets extra +1 AB when dual-wielding

I'm not seeing this bonus. Is it live yet?

If so, I'm wondering if it is not synergizing properly with the rogue specialty/assassin hidden danger bonuses?

Are you expecting an enhancement bonus? Otherwise, have you checked via attacking and reading the combat log and hammering down all the math in conparison to your character sheet?
