Request for Harper class

Hello. I would like to be a Harper Paragon. I am currently a level 11 paladin and have met the mechanical prerequisites, minus one. It says I must have 8 points in persuade, but persuade is not on my skill list. Please advise.

Also, I am a member of the Order of the Radiant Heart, though only a junior squire at the moment.

Persuade has been renamed to Leadership here, I'm 95% sure you'd need 8 ranks in that, and not persuade.
