Give me your gold or I kill you

I was just approached by someone I had not ever met and the player said
give me your gold or I kill you. No conversation just a demand then attacked and killed my pc.

Is this OK on the server?

If so it then a high level character can just do this low level area to be an Snuggybear.

Seems to me this would ruin the game.

Technically that was RP. It wasn't good RP though, especially if they didn't give you time to react, ie, to give them your gold. Not a rule break per say but maybe report so that the player gets made aware of server expectations.

As far as high levels attacking low, this is usually allowed if it isn't seen as consistent individual harassment and it is done in a way that tries to make it fun.

This sounds like not fun and a missed RP opportunity. Sorry but it does happen.
