Hello,
Was looking over some console commands and spotted the -manual feature. Looking through it I was reading the entry for Assassin and noticed it said that:
"Must RP before pvp like anyone else, but may attack them without further RP during the next 24 hours. The Assassin must still hostile the target before attacking"
Is this still accurate information or is outdated and should be ignored?

That is out of date. I would refer to the wiki or announcement section of the forums.
