Importing models into Neverblender 2.93?

I'm getting my hands into blender again and I wanted to practice tweaking some models that already exist in the hopes I wouldn't have to re-do the animations for the creatures. Problem is I'm not entirely sure what the best way to import any model would be, let alone the best way to go about creatures. If anybody has some insight on this I'd appreciate it, thanks!
