Specific PrC amounts

Hello! Recently there was a rejected thread about a vampire change and grumpy cat said that there were 13 current vampires when there was supposed to be 10. I was wondering if there was anything else that we common folk can know based off tokens. Current and max amounts of assassin, shifter, zhent, harper and whatever else I may be missing. If it's knowledge we need not know that's fine I was just curious after reading the post. Thank you.

It's not really life changing information. Vampires are required to be rare, as are Rakshasa, thus the ideal limit of 10 active. Other races are monitored and their award tier adjusted to encourage an ideal population. PrC Classes have no numerical limitations, but are gated behind an application process.
