Hotswapping Builds for a tourney?

Ok so, I'm going to keep this abit vague because im not 100% certain what i think happened..happened.

One thing i tend to do often is keep an eye on people generally, if they are in the same area or near the area that i play in so anytime a fight breaks out or a conflict is brewing im usually there one way or another just keeping an eye on things now this brings me to the subject of this post and the main question, because i noticed in the ud tourney..some folks seemed to be very adept at stealthing when before they weren't..at all.

Again, i dont know if they actually did this but if they did..do we really want peeps swapping builds for tourneys/big conflicts?
