Is it intended behavior for weapons with bonuses vs Neutrals to only apply vs the True Neutral alignment and not Chaotic or Lawful Neutral unlike weapons with bonuses vs good and evil?

It applies to what is specified on the weapon, and this changes from item to item.
Try harder! Help set a good example of roleplay for the server culture.

So a +4 vs neutral alignment weapon only applies to true neutral? While a +4 vs good weapon applies to lawful good, neutral good and chaotic good? And this is correct and intended beavior?, despite both basically specifying the same thing? This is currently how any weapon with ab or damage bonuses vs neutral alignment works on live right now.
I realize there are not many weapons with bonuses vs neutral alignment, but it seemed like a discrepancy and I was curious if it was intended.
