The window for buying more than one thing is gone?

Thanks for your time, I was wondering if I did something, maybe hit a button or changed a setting I shouldn't have? The little window that has a 1, and lets you buy 1-100 things at once doesn't come up anymore when I talk to a shop keeper. I formatted my computer but that didn't seem to help.

It's not gone. It's just optional now.

Multibuy Store NUI & Rest Settings:

New category added under settings, "NUI Settings"
New setting added in new category, "Enable Multibuy NUI Popup"

Toggling the Enable option to ACTIVE will enable the popup appearing on stores being opened.
