How to summon a Frostwing virago?

I am trying to find the correct spell to summon a Frostwing Virago and had no success so far... only Lunar Ravager (Greater Planar Binding) and the, Verdant Prince (Gate). Any ideas?

This is FOIG, I believe. Though I am not familiar with the specific summon, someone can correct me if I am wrong.

I wouldn't call it FOIG, considering it's all on the wiki. That being said, utilizing it to identify the class that can summon them would be pretty much metagaming. I'll shoot you a PM just to reduce the chances of that, because people really do things like this.

Edit, correction: Lesser planar binding should do it.

Frostwind Virago seems to be only Warlock summon through Eldritch summoning V because it's on Tier5 category as written Wiki.
Therefore, the highest Greater Planar Binding only reaches to Tier 4 whilst Gate simply summon Tier 6.

Warlock: Tier 1 to 6 (level and feat dependant)
Blackguard: Tier 3 to 6 (level and dependant)
Gate: Gate Tier
Epic Spell: Planar Conduit: Tier 5 and Tier 6.
