I seemingly thought my portrait was part of the pack used by Arelith. But it was not, so when this other subscription on the workshop suddenly had a change I got this horrendous 3D portrait. I had to unsubscribe to not have to see it. But I do wonder, is there a way to change your portrait after creation? Or do I need to remake the char from scratch?

You can use the support page/ticket system to request a new portrait. Saves trying to track down a DM and it's usually very quick. (in my experience)
