Hiyas,
Can someone please let me know what feats or etc one needs to take to be able to make those really powerfull arrows and handaxes with the multidamages.
I tried taking weapon focus missiles but I didnt gain any new access to better ammo?
Any advice greatly appreciated

The assembly templates page should have you covered.
The short answer is that WF: Missile lets you create ammunition bundles (you'll be granted a feat when you've got the relevant weapon equipped), which gets steadily better as you level up. It'll just be a flat damage bonus.
You can then use those bundles on the assembly templates, which can have spells cast on them or essences applied to add elemental damage or other effects.
