Hi,
A while ago there was an update released that decimated the Lighthouse Guildhouse reducing it to rubble filled areas and individual rooms, however this was done with the intention of replacing this guildhouse with something else in the shadowplane in the future, or so i am lead to believe.
I would like to suggest the Lighthouse in Shadow Wharftown get a little love in either fixing the state of disrepair it is in or returning it too its original state of being an actual Guildhouse.
