Suggestion: Another Speedy Messenger in Guldorand, specifically in the Freeport. Preferably near the ship rentals.
Reason: Once you rent a ship, unless you've got the crew with you it's a lot of hustling up and down the hill to the Speedy in the city proper to get people together. Additionally, the Speedy near the square gets a lot of action, and access to another one that isn't in the Elven District could help clear up that congestion.
