Elemental Monolith Summons Regen

As it is, it seems fairly widely agreed upon that of the 4 monolith streams, water is just the best and blows the other competition out of the water (pun half intended).

While water does not have the most AC nor DI nor health, it does have 2 things.

1) It has regen
2) It has AoE regen

So with these factors, it both has great sustain AND it has wide reaching group use with its aura. By comparison:

Earth) Has lots of HP and DI but other than blocking corridors its most often just a nuance with how large it is that just dies slowly. Even if it doesn't take much damage, it does take damage over time and has no regen to sustain

Air) Has a ton of AC, once more has little to no damage, little to no group utility, and even if it rarely takes damage, it does and so too will be chipped down over time

Fire) Live fast, die young, but die extra young. Good damage, some nice biteback, but once more with how generally squishy it is by comparison and that its biteback requires being hit (and only by melee so ranged just laughs), the lack of regen is even more keenly felt.

As it is, PvE in general favors sustain immensely. Being able to restore health and last longer goes so, so well and is one of the reasons STRanger can feel so cozy in PvE with its on hit regen. I would not suggest something as far as saying every monolith should get some better utility (though that would be a fun consideration) nor that they should displace water who has its regen aura, but the fact that the damage on most monoliths is middling with the exception of fire who is immensely squishy (and still is outdamaged by planar conduit for the time being), you've something that does some alright damage and dies and two things that are tanky but die slowly.

With that said, I think it would not be obscene to say that every monolith should get regeneration instead of only water having it. Planar conduit is of course still far stronger than it should be but all of them have regen, which with their general solid tankiness and their good damage, the sustain of their 10 regen goes a long way. Some might even say its too much on planar perhaps, but for now I would suggest every monolith get at least some value between 4-8 regeneration just so that even the livelord monos are in the long run of PvE less tanky than water with its 20 regen

TLDR: Water is the best monolith from ele meteor for its own regen and aoe regen. Its utility for both a single caster or group along with the sustain means its arguably tankier than the actual tank monoliths earth and air who are just slow to die meat walls that get in the way. Elemental monoliths from meteor could get a little bit of sustain from regen like 4-8, as even PC summons all have 10 regen
