Require GSF:Div to sense you are a scry target

Items, feats, and features that grant access to the ability to scry without the 3-feat spell focus investment should not be equivalent to the ESF capstone cookie. Sure, feel free to keep your precious scrying - but if you're shortcutting your way to the ability, maybe that shortcut shouldn't be able cover everything you might ever want to know about it. However, with some investment into the fundamentals of the art, you can now cover that blind spot.
