Prevent Teleporting across the Underdark/Surface border

As the name implies, I think Underdark vs Surface RP would be greatly improved if people couldn't teleport across the divide. It would make travelling in either direction a lot more meaningful, and reduce the whole running around for leylines in order to be able to teleport from the hub to any settlement, or from teleporting from the surface to the slave quarters.

This used to be the case years ago that you couldn't teleport across servers. It lead to a lot of patrol RP as you could watch the areas they could come up. It made playing a scout/tracker feel a lot more fun in the wake of a raid as you could figure out where they were going and prepare ambushes and use strategy rather than just running after them and hoping they've not portalled out.

This goes the other direction too, as it would mean that surfacers who were caught in the underdark would have a much harder time leaving.

Of course, just like back then, you could teleport to the nearest ley to the border, walk across and then teleport to anywhere on the other server. But it would at least mean that people could keep an eye on the border points and have some RP around watching for the big bad surfacers/underdarkers that might cross.

Bonus feature would be if Underdarkers couldn't use any surface portals, and Surfacers couldn't use any underdark portals. This would make excursions/raids feel very meaningful and dangerous.

Want to go to Maur from the surface? Better know how to get back out, or you'll be stuck a while. Want to go to Auril as an underdarker? Prepare for a long trek back.
