Fairly straightforward, a command that lists all buffs currently on a character when typed. Even if those buffs are currently having their bonuses overridden by other buffs. The value would be that right now some buffs cancel inferior variants when applied but not in a consistent fashion. Clicking icons helps with this a little but for some things this doesn't actually resolve the problem and so just having a flat list to look at after applying everything being evaluated would be helpful for situations like figuring out what buffs to prepare to pad a character's breach list.
