Currently I think this spell is omitted - none of the prefixes I tried with -dispel (pro, prs, psp, pfs) dispelled it, and it's not on the "-dispel ?" list of prefixes.
It's a big stonking visual so it would be nice if we could voluntarily dismiss it like most others.
